In order to continue servicing our great clients at the highest of standards, we're looking for a new enthusiastic and Dutch speaking Account Manager... maybe you?

ARE YOU THE ONE THAT WE WANT?

• You manage and develop the overall long-term relationship with the customers in order to ensure the creation of high added value projects in line with customer’s needs and briefing
• You are responsible for the methodology, evaluation, quoting and negotiation of the proposed solution.
• Next to that, you will initiate the customer projects with both the strategic and creative departments and will have an active coordination role in order to respond to - and exceed! - customer expectations.
• You will also coach one or more project managers who will hand in hand support you in the day-to-day process and follow-up and of your projects

YOU CAN MAKE THE DIFFERENCE BECAUSE YOU:

• Act as a sparring partner for the customer with respect to the customer’s marketing & communication strategies
• Detect and analyse the customer’s needs as well as act as the linking pin between the internal expertises of the agency and our customers
• Generate and control the planning of every project, integrating all needs from the customers in your portfolio
• Organize workshops with customers for the purpose of the development of Marketing and Communication strategies
• Entertain a dialogue with & challenge the Strategic Advice and Creative teams in order to optimize the agency’s recommendation for our clients

BECAUSE YOU ARE ONE OF THE COOLEST SINCE YOU:

• Achieved a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing/ Communication/ Economics/ Psychology
• Have over 3 years of proven experience with various Marketing expertises such as; Design, Communication, Activation, Digital marketing & CRM
• Are proactive and driven
• Are a team player with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Have well developed commercial and negotiation skills
• Have a high interest and/or a first experience in people management and love to coach, develop a team member
• Master Dutch (requirement) & English. French is a bonus point.
